Lunch Time Express

Take time out of your busy schedule to unwind in this midday class. As we move with the breath, we’ll build strength, stretch sore muscles and work to correct the posture. You will leave feeling refreshed and clear minded. Suitable for all levels and only $10! Please pay cash at the door for this class

Candlelight Soul Flow

Mondays 6:00-7:00 pm

Soul Flow is about connection. Connection to your body and breath, connection to what happens inside and outside of your body both on and off of your mat, and connection to yourself and your community.
This vinyasa flow class links together basic poses with breath to encourage peace and tranquility. We will breath and move together in a purposeful manner to create shapes that best suite the body we were blessed with.
Practicing by candlelight helps to soothe the nervous system, gain peace of mind, and even get more restful sleep.

Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga

Tuesdays 3:30-4:30

“Get Fit Where You Sit”

Chair yoga does not have to be solely for elderly, injured, sick or other abled individuals. Lakshmi developed the concept of Sitting Mountain more than 20 years ago and has been teaching it ever since. I have been a student since 2016. Conceptually, every mat posture may be modified for practice in a chair, with modifications dependent upon the student’s levels of flexibility.

In this 60-minute practice, we will include asana, pranayama, visualization and relaxation, all within the comforting arms of our chair. Do not be fooled, as this practice can be invigorating and enlightening for those who are fully mobile and are regular mat practitioners, while being accessible to ANY ability. After several classes, we may expand the practice to two-chair yoga and partner chair yoga.

No prior yoga experience is required. Come and stretch your horizons.

Traditional Hatha w/DeAndra

After Work Wind Down.

Join this traditional all levels hatha class that incorporates both physical and subtle aspects. The integration of body, mind and breath will leave you with a cultivated sense of calm and ease. Class ends with a short meditation. A perfect way to end your Tuesday!

Early Morning Meditation

Wednesdays 6:15-7:15 am

Interested in starting a new morning routine before work? Meditation has been proven to bring many health benefits including elevated mood, decreased pain, lowered anxiety, and a higher functioning immune system. Creating a meditation practice can help cultivate feelings of gratitude and contentment. Start your day off right with a morning meditation designed to reduce stress and increase creativity and happiness.
Bring a travel mug and take a cup of tea with you when you leave.

Sunrise Sun Salutations

Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 am

Rise and Shine Wednesdays begin with early morning Meditation followed by Sunrise Salutations!
Start your day at 6:15 with live music and meditation led by Nicole Miele followed by this gentle version of our take on the tradtiional Sun Salutations.
This hour is led by Jenn. She will awaken your body to the morning through a series of movements connected by breath to enliven your day!

Kids Yoga

Thursdays 4:00-5:00 pm

Come on a creative yogic journey with NamaStar Kids!  Allison will guide your child on a magical adventure of yoga and self-discovery.  Combining storytelling, yoga, and mindfulness techniques, NamaStar Kids teaches children how to discover their own inner Star Powers of yoga and mindfulness. Thursdays 4:00-5:00 **Due to supplies needed by instructor, THIS CLASS REQUIRES PREREGISTRATION 

All-Level Vinyasa Flow

Saturdays 8:30-9:30 am

This is a Community Class *Pay what You Can Cash at the Door. 

Start your weekend by showing up for you!  This 60-minute, all-level Vinyasa flow class will encourage circulation in the muscles and train the breath for the day ahead.  With a gentle warm-up followed by variations of sun salutation sequences, we  will open our hearts, eyes and minds to the present moment.   Gentle twists will help to detox and cleanse the body. This class offers ample cueing for beginners and is also perfect for those who wish to bump it up a notch;  modifications being offered for each level.  We will build some heat along with strength and relaxation, moving to the energy we create and a  darn cool playlist. In a supportive environment we will celebrate our individual strength and beauty.  We will  enjoy how body, breath  and mind  flow together, ending in a relaxing savasana, with savasana assist offered.


Gentle Yoga

Saturdays 10:15-11:30 am

Based upon traditional Hatha yoga principles, Jennifer's class is a gentle approach with emphasis on intertwining breath, spirit, body and mind. Her classes are beginner friendly with an all level approach, offering her students modifications and also opportunities to challenge their practice.  Jennifer welcomes you with her caring lightheartedness and is always working on a new playlist to keep things fresh!
